These Terms apply to all bridal hair bookings made with Renstouch, including bridal trials, the wedding day itself, and bridal party services. They sit alongside our standard Booking Policy. Where there is any conflict between these Bridal Terms and our standard Booking Policy, these Bridal Terms take priority for bridal bookings.
By making a bridal booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Scope of Bridal Services
Renstouch offers three bridal packages: Intimate Bride, Signature Bride, and Destination Bride. Full details and starting prices are available on our Bridal Services page.
A bridal booking may include some or all of the following, depending on the package selected:

Pre-wedding consultation

Bridal trial appointment

Sew-in or base styling in the lead-up to the wedding

Bride's hair on the wedding day, at the salon or on-location

Bridesmaid and bridal party hair (as add-ons)

Mother of the bride and other family member hair (as add-ons)

Touch-up services during the day where pre-arranged
The exact scope of your booking will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
2. Booking Fee and Payment
A non-refundable booking fee of £200 is required to secure your wedding date. This fee is applied toward the final balance.
The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before the wedding date. Bookings where the balance is not paid by this deadline may be cancelled and the date released, with the booking fee forfeited.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or card. Payment plans may be available on request.
3. Bridal Trial
A bridal trial is included in the Signature Bride and Destination Bride packages. For Intimate Bride, a trial can be booked as a standalone appointment at £150.
The trial allows us to:

Test styles, accessories, and hair pieces

Confirm timing for the wedding day

Identify any prep or hair extensions needed
The trial fee, where charged separately, is non-refundable.
We recommend booking your trial 2 to 3 months before the wedding to allow time for adjustments.
4. Bridal Party Bookings
Bridal party bookings (bridesmaids, mothers, other guests) must be confirmed at the time of booking the bride. Each bridal party member is treated as a separate booking, with their own service fee, but is grouped under the bride's booking for scheduling purposes.
Minimum bridal party booking: Where Renstouch is required to attend a venue, a minimum number of services may apply. This will be confirmed at the time of enquiry.
Adding bridal party members: Additions can be accepted up to 6 weeks before the wedding, subject to availability and timing. Last-minute additions cannot be guaranteed.
Removing bridal party members: Removals more than 8 weeks before the wedding are charged a £25 cancellation fee per person. Removals within 8 weeks of the wedding are charged in full.
5. Travel and On-Location Services
Where the booking is on-location (at a venue, hotel, or home), the following will apply:
Travel fees are calculated based on distance and time and confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
Parking: Free parking must be available at the location, or parking costs will be added to the final balance.
Early start fees apply for bookings requiring the stylist to arrive before 7:00 AM. Confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
Accommodation: For destinations more than 90 minutes' travel from London or for bookings starting before 6:00 AM, overnight accommodation may be required, at the client's expense.
International bridal bookings (Destination Bride package) are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Travel, accommodation, visa, and insurance costs are the client's responsibility and will be quoted separately and confirmed in writing before booking.
6. Cancellation Policy
Bridal bookings are high-value and require advance preparation. The following cancellation tiers apply:

More than 12 weeks before the wedding: Booking fee forfeited. No further charges.

8 to 12 weeks before the wedding: 50% of the total booking value is payable.

Less than 8 weeks before the wedding: 100% of the total booking value is payable.

No-show on the day: 100% of the total booking value is payable.
These tiers reflect the fact that we turn away other clients to hold your wedding date and that significant preparation has been undertaken.
7. Postponement
If you need to postpone your wedding to a new date:

Postponements requested more than 12 weeks before the original date will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability. The booking fee transfers to the new date.

Postponements within 12 weeks may be subject to a re-booking fee equivalent to 25% of the total booking value.

If the new date falls outside our availability, the booking fee is forfeited.
We will always do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances, but please understand that our calendar is committed.
8. Force Majeure
In the event that the wedding is affected by circumstances beyond either party's control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or major travel disruption):

We will work with you in good faith to find a workable alternative date

The booking fee will be transferred to the rescheduled date where possible

If a rescheduled date cannot be agreed, refunds will be considered case-by-case at our discretion
9. Stylist Illness or Unavoidable Absence
In the rare event that Renee is unable to attend due to illness, injury, bereavement, or other unavoidable circumstance:

We will do everything possible to arrange a trusted replacement stylist of equivalent standard, with your approval

If no acceptable replacement is available, we will refund all monies paid in full

Renstouch's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the bridal booking
10. Hair Preparation
For best results, hair must be:

Freshly washed, blow-dried, and free of products or oils on the day of the wedding (unless otherwise agreed at the trial)

Of a length and condition discussed at the trial

Treated with any extensions or hair pieces previously agreed
If hair is not properly prepared on the day, the style may need to be adjusted, and we cannot be held responsible for results that fall short of expectations.
Where the bride or bridal party member arrives with hair installed by another stylist: Renstouch is not responsible for issues arising from that install (placement, tension, base condition). We will style what we receive but cannot guarantee outcomes if the underlying install is not to professional standard.
For bridal parties, the same prep standards apply. Please share these requirements with all members in advance.
11. Day-of Timing
A detailed schedule will be confirmed in writing at least 2 weeks before the wedding. Timings are based on the agreed services and the number of people booked. To keep the day running smoothly:

Please ensure all bridal party members are ready and available at their scheduled time

Significant delays caused by the client (for example, members not being ready, hair not prepared, or location issues) may result in services being shortened or adjusted

Renstouch will not be held responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control
12. Photography and Content
Photographs and videos may be taken before, during, and after the bridal styling session for use on Renstouch's social media, website, and marketing materials. Where photos include the bride, bridal party, or family members, we will only use them for these purposes with your consent.
If you'd prefer not to be featured in any content, please let us know at the time of booking. We will respect your wishes fully and this will not affect the service in any way.
13. Liability and Insurance
Renstouch holds public liability insurance. Our liability for any claim arising from a bridal booking is limited to the total amount paid for the booking, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.
We strongly recommend that all clients consider taking out wedding insurance to cover the full range of potential issues that can arise around a wedding day. Wedding insurance is widely available and offers far broader cover than any individual supplier can provide.
14. Acknowledgment
By paying the booking fee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Bridal Terms & Conditions, and you acknowledge that the booking fee is non-refundable.
