They are separate from our Booking Policy (which governs hair service appointments) and our Returns & Refunds Policy (which governs the purchase of hair bundles, products, and digital content). By using the website, you agree to these Terms.

Bookings made through the website are subject to our separate Booking Policy. Product orders, digital content, and tutorial purchases are subject to our separate Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy. Bridal bookings are subject to our separate Bridal Terms & Conditions.


By making a booking or purchase, you agree to those additional terms in addition to these website Terms of Use.

9. Pricing and Availability

We make every effort to display accurate prices and availability for services and products. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.


In the event of a pricing or availability error, we reserve the right to:


  • Cancel the booking or order and issue a full refund

  • Contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price


We reserve the right to change prices, services, and product offerings at any time. Changes will not affect bookings or orders already confirmed.
