Shipping policy

All Renstouch orders are shipped from South London via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, with full tracking and signature on delivery.


Processing time

Orders are made to order and require 7 working days to process before dispatch. Processing does not include weekends or public holidays.


Delivery

We currently ship to the UK only. Delivery is guaranteed by 1pm the next working day after dispatch (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £10. Orders over £200 qualify for free shipping.
A signature is required on delivery. If no one is available, Royal Mail will leave a card and attempt redelivery or hold the parcel for collection.


Tracking

A tracking link will be sent by email once your order is dispatched.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your parcel does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact heyren@renstouch.co.uk within 14 days of dispatch. Royal Mail Special Delivery includes compensation cover up to £750, which we will claim on your behalf where eligible.


Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all hair products are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispatched, in line with UK consumer law exemptions for sealed goods unsuitable for return on health and hygiene grounds. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Cancellations
Because orders are made to order, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this point, processing has begun and the order cannot be cancelled.
