Choosing your length
Available from 18" to 26". The model in our photos wears 26" Straight, so just pick how long you'd like it to fall.
About the Straight texture
Arrives pre-layered and curled, and takes heat really well, so it holds curls (just use a heat protectant). Once washed, it stays sleek and straight. Prefer a softer wave you can wear both ways? See our Natural Wave.

How to measure your head
1. Use a soft tape measure (or a piece of string, then measure the string with a ruler).
2. Start in the middle of your front hairline.
3. Take the tape just above one ear, round the back at the nape of your neck, above the other ear and back to the start.
4. Keep it snug but not tight, and measure with your hair done the way you'll wear it under the wig (for example, braided down).
The cap has no stretch, so if you're between sizes or unsure, go up a size. Each half wig also has three ways to adjust the fit: an adjustable drawstring, wig combs and a wig band, so you don't need to rely on the band alone.
Matching your natural hair
Got 4C or tightly coiled hair? Keep your leave out as small as possible. With Straight, you'll need to straighten your leave out to blend it. The less you leave out, the less heat your hair needs and the easier it blends.

Every Signature Half Wig is made to order.
Please allow up to 10 working days for it to be made, followed by delivery time. Most orders go out sooner. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Need it for a date? Order 2 to 3 weeks ahead and add the date in the order notes, or reply to your order confirmation.

1. Processing time
All Renstouch hair is made to order. Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. Most orders go out sooner. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
We will email you your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. Need it for a date? Reply to your order confirmation with the date and we will make sure it is with you in time.
2. UK delivery
- UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, tracked and signed for.
- Special Delivery is guaranteed by 1pm the next working day after dispatch.
- Delivery is free on orders of £200 or more (including every Signature Half Wig). Orders under £200 cost £7.
- A signature is needed on delivery. If no one is in, Royal Mail will leave a card and arrange redelivery or collection.
3. International delivery
We currently deliver to:

- European Union (all 27 EU countries)
- Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Egypt, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia

Standard tracked delivery is free to every country we ship to. Your delivery date is shown at checkout.

- Middle East: free Tracked delivery, or Tracked Express £35
- Japan: free Tracked delivery, or Tracked Express £58
- Australia & New Zealand: free Royal Mail Tracked, or UPS Express £43
All prices are in GBP. Delivery times are on top of our processing time.
- All international orders are sent with tracked couriers.
- Where available, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout so there are no surprise charges on delivery. Otherwise, any import charges are paid by the customer.
- International delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs.
- If your country isn't listed, email heyren@renstouch.co.uk and we'll let you know if we can arrange delivery.
4. Collection at your appointment
If you have a confirmed Renstouch appointment, you can choose Pick up in store at checkout and collect your hair at your appointment. Please only choose this if your appointment is already booked.
5. Changes and cancellations
- You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched for a full refund. Just email us with your order number.
- If you would like to change the length, colour or quantity, please let us know as soon as possible so we can update your order before it goes into production.
- Custom pieces made to your own specifications (for example, a wig built to your measurements) cannot be cancelled or changed once we have started making them.
- After delivery, your rights to cancel and return are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
6. Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived by the expected date, please check your tracking link first. If you still need help, or your parcel arrives damaged, email heyren@renstouch.co.uk with your order number and we will sort it out with the courier. Royal Mail Special Delivery includes compensation cover of up to £750, which we will claim on your behalf where eligible.
7. Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty or you have been sent the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. We will put it right. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. Returns
For hygiene reasons, hair that has been opened cannot be returned unless it is faulty. Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for how to return an item.
