How we ship

Every Renstouch order is shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Your parcel is fully tracked, requires a signature on delivery, and is covered for up to £750.


Processing time

All hair is made to order. Please allow 7 working days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.

Delivery

• Where: UK only
• Speed: Guaranteed next working day after dispatch, by 1pm (Mon–Fri)
• Cost: Flat rate £10 — free on orders over £200
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. A signature is required on delivery — if no one is home, Royal Mail will leave a card for redelivery or collection.

Collection at your appointment

If you’ve booked an appointment with us, select “Pick up in store” at checkout and collect your bundles at your appointment time instead of shipping.


Changes and cancellations

Cancellations or changes (length, colour, quantity) must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, your hair is already in preparation and the order is locked in.
Late or missing parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived, please email heyren@renstouch.co.uk within 14 days of dispatch. We’ll raise a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all hair is non-returnable and non-refundable once dispatched. If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
